Bulk reminder messages for pending client actions
Navigate to Client Dashboard > Communication
There are two sections in this platform:
1. Client Messages: This is used for communicating back and forth with the client
2. Team Messages: This is used for communication amongst the team members of the practice and specific to a client
The access to client messages can be controled using role-based access
This form of communication helps keeps the discussion focused on a specific client and not other issues / topics
This maintains a history of all client and team communication, eliminating the need for cumbersome e-mail based communication
